Wild Turkey Mix

Hoping someone can help

With the Top Shelp recipe for Wild Turkey it states to use 1 bottle of TS Rye 70ml, 1 Packet of TS Classic American to 3 litres 40% Alcohol, my question is the Classic American has 2 sachets in the pack, each sache by memory makes 1.25litres, for this 3 litre mix do I use both sachets or just 1 sachet of the Classic American?

I recently made a wild turkey honey by combining 150ml honey (heated in microwave) with a edwards scrub turkey concentrate 15mls and 850mls alcohol.

i found that the honey takes the edge of the alcohol, it also goes great with a ginger beer mixer.

In case any young players should wander here...

1 l of neutral
2 caps of Edwards scrub turkey essence
20mm of vanilla pod (split)
25g of Gobbler chips (from the old Turkey barrels)
1/2 tsp glycerine

Put this lot in a jar in a dark place for 10 days. Shake it every day and filter through a coffee paper.
Wow, you won't believe how good this is.....
