Spirit bubbles
Posted: Saturday May 04, 2013 2:09 pmMy gf's uncle have me some moonshine grappa that his friend had gifted him. It looked and tasted more like whiskey but was amazing. He hadn't added anything and used a potstill.
Now the uncle was telling me you can tell is good spirits from the ring of bubbles. Basically when you pour a shot, around the walls of the glass there should be like a ring of bubbles some as big a pearls.
Anyone know anything about this or what the bubbles actually mean. or how to achieve these pearls?
