keeping in mind, of course, that the product of the still is highly flammable.

i'd definitely use an electric element rather than open flame.

so has anyone brought one of those electric stills? like the EZ still that is on the brewcraft website?

i'm trying to find a review of recommendation but its hard to find anything because no one talks about it in OZ...

I bought one of those Air Stills a couple of months ago (for distilling essential oils of course) and I've put about 6 batches through it. They've all come out pretty good. I've never really tried home distilled stuff so I can't give you a comparison but it's certainly tastes alright to me.

It's simple to use and easy to clean so I'm happy with my purchase. :D

The reason nobody mentions it or talks about it because it is illegal.
I have a Essencia unit. it is electric and completly safe, give me a great product as well.
