Three Waffle stack: Plain, Blueberry, and ham

to make 3 waffles:

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
25g or thereabouts butter melted
two eggs separated
milk

method:
add flour, baking powder, and salt to bowl
separate eggs and beat egg whites until peaks form
microwave butter until melted then add to bowl with dry ingrediates and egg yolks

mix with whisk as you add milk until a good "pourable" batter consistency is reached
fold in egg whites

variations
add strips of ham (or bacon) to waffle iron after the batter is poured in.
add blueberries to the batter mix

Looks good. But that's the last thing I need to be eating.

Beers are my only treats these days. I'm trying to eat well.

Just as well i don't have a waffle iron LOL.
