Here is my fiancé's recipe for Home Baked Home Brew Beer Bread.
We are serving it tonight so figured to post it here.

Ingredients:
375ml Beer of choice.
3 cups self raising flour.
1/4 cup of sugar.
1/4 cup cheese.
1/2 cup diced capsicum.
1/2 cup finely diced onion.
7 shakes of fresh ground black pepper
Optional - finely diced chilli.

Method:
In a small bowl dissolve sugar in a small amount of hot water. Pour the beer & the sugar water into a large bowl and mic through 1 cup of flour. Once combined stir through the remaining flour and mix in the remaining ingredients.
Pour into a lined load tin and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes.
When done lightly tap the top of the loaf and a hollow sound should be heard.

That's making me hungry.

Having worked in bakeries, both hot bread shops and wholesale bakeries, during school and uni, I'd be tempted to put some oil and salt into it too.

Bread without salt is disgusting IMO. I forgot to put it in one day at the hot bread shop and people were coming back left, right and centre to complain about how dreadful their bread tasted. However, the other stuff in your fiance's recipe might mask it and there's a bit of salt in the cheese I guess.
