Lager Rissotto

Using the amber fluid in cooking, and pairing beer with food.

Lager Rissotto

Ok, new one.

German lager rissotto :D

Simply soak the rice in the beer overnight, then bring to a slow simmer.

That's the only difference between that and a 'normal' rissotto.

Great flavour, no stock (beer aside).

Brown rice and chili lager- that's even better than what I thought up.

Sounds tasty. If I was still in Melbourne, I'd be at your door :D
