Kegerator Handles

Postby BadSeed » Saturday Mar 24, 2012 10:49 am

Anybody know of anywhere I can get kegerator handles which will hold a custom label?
I have done a half arsed search, which yielded nothing of any worth.

I used to like making my own labels back in my old dark dark bottling days, I also like to think they were awesome. :D
It would be good if I could find some way of making and displaying a label on my own kegerator handles.

Any ideas?

Kegerator Handles

I'm sure Craftbrewer have (or at least used to, can't be arsed searching their site right now) tap handles that you could insert a label into. I never really liked the design of them, though.

My missus found me a couple of old tap decals in an antique shop that can easily have new labels stuck onto and they can just clip right over a font. I don't have a font, though, so I just have them on display in my bar with their original labels. They're a very simple design with just an oval shape for the label and a u-shaped clip on the back to go over the font so if you can't find anything similar I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to get the pieces from bunnings and make your own.
