Foamy beer 3/4 through a keg

Hi all, I'm a new member here & looking for help, I have a 2 tap kegarator with 10' of 3/16 beer line, set at 12 PSI and 38F. The first 3/4 of the corny keg pour great, I get maybe an inch of foam on a full pint. Towards the end of the keg I tend to get really foamy pours, close to half a glass full of foam.

Any thoughts on what is causing this?

Gday and welcome. Is 12 psi supposed to read 120 psi? If it is than that would be your problem. Let us know and we can help further.

The keg was carbonated & pour pressure set at 12 psi, all went well until last quarter of keg when it decides to go frothy, seems the less beer in the keg the pressure seems to increase, the regulator is brand new so i don't know what's going on.

This happens to me quite a bit for the last part of the keg. I simply turn the reg off which lessens the foam and it gets a bit slower to pour over several pints. The last 5 pints will be the best of the keg. Normally by the time it needs a squirt again she blows.
