If you have a coupler then you have different kegs than I. I have Cornelius kegs that have separate posts for gas in and beer out.

But go to the basics; your regulator is properly connected to the gas line and your coupler is properly connected to the beer line?

Do you have taps that have restrictors on them? I have Celli taps that you can restrict the flow rate on and if they were set all the way down then opening the tap wouldn't do anything.

I think it's the coupler, my keg is a 20.5L from a local brewery, gas on showing a reading no beer in the lines though

right coupler?
i know that 2 of the comercial are pretty similar but one has a slightly longer pin to depress the centre of the keg.
