3 Keg System, Compact Setup

I'm interested in setting up a draught system with the capacity to have 3 beers on tap at once.
Only problem is that I haven't got a lot of room where I live to have a huge fridge. So I need a bar fridge sized setup.

Firstly, can you have 3 kegs set up at once all refrigerated and flowing?
Secondly, what size of fridge would i need to look at to house 3 fridges and potentially the CO2 as well?
Thirdly, Can I do this on a budget of less than $1200, with several spare kegs (3)
Fourthly, is it possible to have all 3 taps for the beer on the top of the fridge?
Also, does anyone have images of a setup containing more than 2 kegs?

I'll shortly be selling almost exactly what you're looking for. It will be a chest fridge on wheels with digital temp control - holds 4 kegs plus room for a couple of party kegs or supplys. Grain and Grape have kegerators that will fit 3 kegs, but they're $1000 without the kegging system or tap tower. Otherwise, just get yourself a bar fridge off eBay and modify it yourself. Make sure the step at the bottom doesn't stop you fitting in your kegs, and try to get one without a freezer if you can.

Bar fridge: ~$150
tap tower: ~$200
kegging system: $400
extra kegs (3): $200

Total: $950.
