Keg dilema

Postby tonyp » Saturday Dec 09, 2006 8:54 am

Hello all,
I have a dilema that you guys may be able to help me with. I plan to drink one keg on the 16th of December. The two options are:

1. Keg of Canadian Blond (primed with sugar) kegged on the 16/11/06

2. Keg of Corona (not primed yet) kegged on the 29/11/06

with the second being artifically carbonated (another story) i am seeking your advice which keg would be the best to drink given the naturally carbonated one is about 2 weeks older.

Thanks
tonyp

I said the naturally carbonated one. But that is my personal preference.

I naturally carb all my kegs.
There is no such thing as bad beer. There is only good beer and better beer.

The forced carbonated keg will improve quicker and you may find it is the better keg and the natural carbonated one needs more time to improve.

i would drink the canadian blonde for taste reasons only ,thats why i voted for the natural one any way.
The best thing about the future is that it comes one beer at a time.

Id go with the forced carbed one, As shaun said it will improve alot quicker and even though the other has been primed for nearly a month i would expect ( if it was mine) to be leaving it for at least another month IMO
