As per advice from the coopers website i have been using 4g per litre for a 50l keg. To prime bottles you use 8g per litre. All you natural carbonators out there, how much sugar do you guys use? I have not tried the levels yet.

Thanks

After kegging for 18 months, I have settled on 74 grams per 20 litres.

I find with my beers, any more causes over carbonation. Which, in my case, causes the beer to pour heady and then lose fizz quite quickly.

At around 74 grams it pours and drinks well.

So for me, 3.7 grams per litre works best.

Cheers
