Does anyone know kegsonline.com.au?

Their prices seem pretty good, but they have no email to ask questions. I'm partially wondering if they are legit.

Tried to see if i could make contact with them but there is no email or phone details.

Besides - at $70 a keg, $140 for 2 and thats 18L, craftbrewer are cheaper - 2 x 19L kegs for $120.

I've done the maths, and it is cheaper to get a set-up from kegsonline than anywhere else I can find. Ross' stuff looks better quality though.

$320

2 cornys
single reg
gun
beer and gas disconnects
lines

OR

$470 for same as above, except with double reg.

Ross is $260 (minus gun) with single reg, or $400 (minus gun) with double.

The thing that worries me is (a) no contact details; and (b) the only online reference to them- aside from the website, is a 2002 ASIC document listing their deregulation.

Yeah that would be a worry, i got my setup from a guy off ebay who is in QLD and got

2 kegs
1 fridge tap
1 pluto gun
all lines and disconnects to run 2 kegs with gas t-piece
dual guage reg
and a couple of minor bits and pieces

and cost me all up $440

I thought that was pretty good

Just to add, this was not buying someone elses second hand, its all new except for the kegs of course and he deals this package all the time

Chris, I bought a 9L corny from them a month or so back. No problems at all.

I have not purchased anything from kegsonline but have heard good feedback.

I'm relatively new to this kegging business & at this stage I personally prefer to shop at my LHBS for my kegging needs. I don't mind paying a little extra for the luxury of being able to drop by the LHBS with any questions I have. Mainly because they are using the same setup I bought & I find it much easier to understand things 'hands on'........ with a sample of their current brew to sip on too  :D

I've decided to go with Ross at craftbrewer. Just seems to have better quality bits as far as I can tell- and good advice :D

The John Guest fittings are worth going with Ross alone

Cheers

Yeah. I had a chat to him about that. Sounds a hell of a lot easier that the barb types. You make your money back the first time you use them!

Thanks TL. Might take you up on that offer.

Are you north or south Canberra? Or do you go to the meetings at all?
