Use 60ltr fermenter for 23 ltr brew

Hi all, could any one tell if there is any problems with using my 60ltr fermenter to start brewing 23ltr batches in it.
My concern is too much head space.

You will be fine doing this.

Fermentation produces Co², which will cover your brew during the fermentation process.

Just bottle/keg within 2 to 3 weeks from brewday,and there shouldn't be a problem.

I normally do 50ltr per brew but i am thinking as I am still learning 20ltrs is less to waste. Also I rack into 19ltr kegs and as I have 4 kegs I will now get 4 diff brews on tap plus a few bottles.

Which asks another question; as I rack straight from fermentor into bottles I will now need to prime the bottles for carbonation, as currently i carbonate in the keg.
