South Australian Brewing Club - November meeting
Posted: Wednesday Sep 09, 2015 9:45 pmNovember's meeting (Wednesday 18th of November, 7pm at the Wheatsheaf Hotel) will have a presentation by Mike Roach on all things yeast. Mike is a microbiologist who is also BJCP Certified and is an experienced homebrewer.
The cold side of brewing is the critical part of our hobby that I'd wager is where the majority of problems arise.
A presentation not to be missed!

New brewers always welcome. We generally let you come to a few meetings (3rd Wednesday of the month) before slugging you the membership fee of $50 which gets you 2 etched beer glasses, the monthly meetings and 2 subsidised events a year (next event is at the German Club late October). Great opportunity to talk brewing with fellow enthusiasts.
