Gluten Free brewing/Malting

Postby Miniman1380 » Tuesday Feb 02, 2016 10:28 pm

Hi all

Im new here so im sorry if this has already been posted, i have been making beer using Sorgum extract and now im looking to try and malt millet. Does anyone have any experience in malting grain that could help with the process / equipment needed. Malted millet is not available to be purchased in Australia and is way to expensive to ship from America.

Thanks in advance

I tried malting grain in the oven once and it was ok, but not worth the hassle for me to do it again.
That's just me though.
Have a crack and let us know how it goes.
Beer numbs all zombies !!!
