has anybody ever attempted using cracked wheat in their recipies?if so give us a run down on cooking period,temps,sparging etc.Cheers Masi.

I have, but I just steeped it like tea, I was looking for colour rather than any fermentable adjunct

I've never mashed, but have steeped unmalted wheat as an experiment to get better head retention.
