Coopers Starter Kits on Special

My local KMart (Launceston) has the Coopers Starter Kits on special for about $53. Good deal considering you get the fermenter plus lager kit and bottles.

That's my local Kmart to :D

Don't need a new fermenter though, already have 2, with plenty of bottles and kegs.

Love to help out, but I got all mine the expensive way.

Bought them full of beer, drank the beer, kept the bottles.

The HBS at legana have been trying to get stocks of glass stubbies and bottles, you could give them a call and see.

Cheers.

OK cheers, I'll give them a ring. I've never actually ventured out to see those guys, I generally go to the HBS on Elphin Road.

There's a lot to be said for doing the hard yards yourself though :-)

I avoid that HBS like the plague.

I have found them, in the past, to be rude arrogant and generally un-helpful.

Yeah I'm not sure. The pommy bloke in there can be a bit abrupt, but then again he did give me a lot of advice on getting started.
