Saw in the TV guide today that there is a brewcraft joondalup grand opening this sunday with some decent specials.

Black rock 1.5kg, Morgans Australian, Beermakers, Cascade PA & GH are all $10
Starter kits are $50
Super Auto Cappers are $45

They also have some specials on spirit stuff that probably isnt of much interest here. But check out the website http://www.brewcraftwa.com.au
