I would be worried about what was in them, and how they were cleaned.

I am the one selling these drums... i have sold heaps and every sale has been a great success with yet another happy customer!
In regards to smell i have had feedback that you soak them in bleach for 1 week and they come up sqeeky clean, as "the fuzz" one other guy has mentioned afew posts ago. (9.1.07)
They are ideal for home brew and are very cheap in comparison to other types.

What I don't get is... holds 60kgs topped up to 75L?
Water is 60kg for 60L (generally speaking). Beer is more dense than water, therefore, you'll only get at best 60L of beer in. More likely 50L.

60L in a 75L fermenter = 3 x cornies 
Altho i prefer to make different batches normally, 3 x kegs of my Landlord would make me a happy happy man. No racking in that case, just go straight from kettle into the fermenter already sitting in the fridge (or under the sleeping bag which is what i do now since its cold) and then siphon into the kegs!
The heat generated by that much fermenting beer would be harder to control tho.....
