I had this recently at the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Adelaide. They had it both on tap and hand drawn, and I tried them side by side.

In the What are you drinking now thread I said this about it:

Two varieties of Little Creatures Dreadnought stout @ the Wheatsheaf in Adelaide. Both 7.4 but one on tap and one hand drawn. Once the tap version warms up it's almost as good as the hand drawn version. Almost ...

So yes, I enjoyed it. Not spectacular, but pretty good. I reckon the Hargreaves Hill Stout that I had at the Lincoln Hotel in Carlton (Melbourne) yesterday was better.

What are your thoughts on the Dreadnought, Spiderland?

Cheers,

Oliver

I thought like you it was an ok drop but I'd rather have a Coopers Best Extra Stout which I reckon is the bench mark for Aussie Stouts.
