coopers lager

Postby grothy » Thursday Jan 22, 2009 5:13 pm

I have a problem. I am new to homebrewing. I have made 9 batches, the first were WONDERFUL[Coopers Lager] But batches 8 and 9 were not very good. Poor gas holding in the glass. All parameters and measurements were spot on,cleanliness spot on. Could it be the original plastic bottles I am using? Thanks Brian

I agree, try some new caps.

Also, get hold of some proper glass bottles and start using them. They are far superior to the PET ones.
