Hey guys, I apologise for only just getting around to getting to you. I haven't had a chance to sit down and do anything on the net at all. I think as of tonight I have got everybody.

Posted mine yesterday. BIAB #1, Dr Smurtos JSGA recipe. Clarity not brilliant, but otherwise going well.

Enjoy Scoot!

Mate, you didnt have to do that, but i'm kinda glad you did lol

I've been very tempted to try a chilli batch.... seen some good and bad posts about it though.

I'll let you know how it goes down. Any suggestions on food to eat whilst enjoying it?

Hey mate,

Yeah, I am enjoying every last drop. Still finding it hard to find time to jump on here at the moment, but have pm'd all that I have received to date.

Dr Smurto's Imperial Stout was an amazing night cap last night whilst watching the footy...

From memory I got a Squires Golden Ale from Big Dave, and loved it.... couldn't get it down quick enough,
Tipsy's Bohemian Pilsener was great after a 14 hour shift at work....
and Earles Golden Ale had heaps of flavor. Good head retention, loved it...

Will post again when more arrive :D

oh and guys, thank you again

Scoot, have the chilli beer with any meat (bbq great) or pizza. My method of brewing is at the start of the "chilli beer" thread under Recipes in main index. Hope you like.
