Hey Sonny,
Have asked the cheese and kisses to get a postpack tomorrow, and on thursday will be
Sending you a nice bottle of rogue shakespeare stout.

I sincerely apologise for the delay, but hopefully its worth it if you are a dark beer lover.

A few other stout lovers have tasted it and sing its praises.

It is bottle conditioned so store in the fridge for 2 weeks i reckon before busting open.

Cheers,
Chris

You're right Earle,

But I just feel like crap for not sending it off sooner.

... although Sonny is now getting a nicely aged stout instead of whatever was ready at the time.

Will join in another lotto in a while.

Cheers,
Chris

..................always a good thing as Sonny has a bad habit of opening bottles far too early.

I haven't opened your Amber yet Sonny  I'm getting to it...I promise.

I've got a lot of brews from the Spring lotto draw to get through. I've cut back my beer intake significantly.

I will get to everyone's brew though.
Jeff.

Superbroo, I had your stout tonight.

Didn't fizz much, first glass had not a lot of mouth feel, with no head? I was thinking what the?
2nd glass, beaut head, and more lively. I must say the taste was nice. It is a mellow yet quite tasty stout.
I'd drink it again, an easy drinker. I'd call it a real man's dark ale myself.

That first one has me beat mate, maybe it was asleep? It did sit in the fridge for a while.

maybe the glass had something on it ?

i found the same though, slighly undercarbonated, but each one had 2 lollies put in.

the choc malt in that one is a lot lighter than the choc malt i used in one i have fermenting now - different suppliers i guess. Will be interesting how it goes with teh darker choc malt.

i have never been a stout fan, but am now a convert, yes, its quite an easy drinker after a few 'gulps'

glad you enjoyed it.
