hey all, anyone on here thinking of heading up to this one?
it will be a great weekend and it doesnt matter if your ag, extract or kit as there will be some good beers and company on the weekend. its a family safe event well except for fatz so bring the wife/gf/ life partner.

Showing my ignorance here but what actually happens at a case swap?

you bring and swap up to 24 beers with others. so you come with 24 beers preferably from one batch but doesnt have to be. we then spend the day drinking and socialising and if there are 24 people in the swap you go home with 23 beers from other and one of your own.
its a great way to increase the diversity of the beers you try and also get a chance to meet and catch up with other home brewers.

Sounds pretty good to me. Don't mind a bit of diversity myself. Can't confirm attendance yet though.

dont worry im in the same boat atm. got to decide whats more important, the nieces bday or me drinking? or is it what i can get away with? im sure if your not attending we can find someone local to take your beers up and back.

we are struggling for numbers but thats fine mate, im not even going now. have to go to sister in law’s child’s first birthday.
i will be drinking on the day of the party though got my keg sorted already for the father in law and me.
oh well the next one ill see you at. more than likely it will be in sydney around june next year.
