Barls,

It is true! Congratulations. We'll await the PM with the address to which to send the winnings.

Barls,

Given I had two entries in the latest lotto you have a choice of two of four Braumeister beers: an English stout, a honey porter, Mountain Goat Steam Ale-ish clone and an English bitter. The yeast was only pitched in the last two yesterday so it'll be a few weeks before I bottle them and can send them to you.

Let me know what you'd like.

Cheers,

Oliver

Barls, a bottle of my recent take on Dr Smurto's Timothy Taylor has just been dispatched via Australia post. Enjoy!

Congrats barls! I'll send you a couple of stubbies, my first AG Pale Ale, and a Belgian Ale I've had lagering for a few weeks now. Both of 'em need another week or two before they're ready to drink, hopefully they're worth the wait...

Tasting yours now Geoff.
Still a little cold and a little cloudy but I put that down to transport and my impatience to wait
Nice maltyness and very well made
Lovely hops on the nose
I'd say better than the original as I'm really enjoying the freshness of it
Next is the other entry I have think it was tipsys

Which one had whole hops in it as I just found a leaf.
Bloody tasty though still leaning towards the brown as i think I can taste the roasted barley in there contributing a a dryness

Sent yesterday. The bitter (No.76 on the cap) was only bottled on the weekend, so give it a week or so before you tuck into it. I drank some out of the fermenter and it was bloody good, if I do say so. That was my last bottle of porter and I'm sorry to see it go :-(

Enjoy.
