I've got 4 days off so I've been down in the brewery readying all for Brew Day tomorrow.

i took a quick stock of what's on hand and was a bit suprised at what i've got laying about.

Coopers Can Blonde kit
1kg Ultra brew
Beermakers Mex kit
Morgans Wheat kit
Cascade Spicy Ghost kit
3.4kg No Name Brand kits
Morgans Unhopped LME
1kg Carapils
500gm Wheat
Various Hops, Cloves, Corriander, Cinnamon, Golden Syrup, Yeasts, (ale & lager), Corn Syrup, Dex and Honey.

weirdo bloke that i am though, i'm off to HBS tomorrow and i don't even know why......

is it the same with all us obsessive-compulsive HBers ?

Never hurts to have spare kit ready in the pantry.

Cheers,
Greg.

Good point, I was working on the assumption that all fermenters were bubbling away.
