The Return

Postby Dogger Dan » Saturday Jan 01, 2005 2:01 pm

All,

I am happy to say that it would appear that the bacterial infection I recently have had is now in the past. I have cracked the first 5 gallon keg and all is good, allbeit plain (didn't want to risk an expensive one)

A good way to end the year, brought a nice honey brew with centenial hops on line and an even better way to start it tomorrow with a nice Maple Syrup brew which I will start. There is a peaches and honey that needs to be transfered tomorow to.

Having New Zealand lamb for dinner tomorrow, is there anything wrong with having my Coopers Sparkiling then?

Hope Everyone has a wonderful 2005 and look foreward to discussions in the New Year.
