The Big Wet

Postby Dogger Dan » Monday Jan 17, 2005 11:26 am

All right folks,

It is January something out there with white stuff flying out off the sky. Yes I am in Lager land, 42 F in the brewery, (am I below spec yet).

So I was having a think (God that hurts). Come September I am going to have a tasting where I open the cellar. After all I am storing 3 Litres per batch and as I seem to do a batch per week........Hmmm well you do the math.

I love September in Ontario, nice days, cool nights, stupid bees, BBQ, fire, weekend of boozing. scared sheep (sorry thats anytime here)

So, I lay open the invitation.

If you are planning to be in my area around that time let me know. I figure there will be enough for 6 of us.

Oh you never know Dogger. I've got two months long service leave up my sleeve plus other hols. I was thinking of a sweeping visit through the south of the States and then onto the carribean, but a coupla brews in Canadia would be nice.

Are the sheep attractive ?
