Beer - Man's true best friend....

Postby Koornang » Friday Jan 21, 2005 8:02 am

Check out this article in the West Australian.....

http://www.thewestaustralian.com.au/200 ... 30295.html

Apparently, Men who drink low-fat milk, exercise and enjoy a few beers in the pub could be doing their brains as well as their hearts a favour in old age.

Research by the University of WA has found that men over 80 with these lifestyle markers are more likely to keep their brains healthy and ward off dementia.

...MMMMMmmmm Beer....Is there anything it can't do???

:) :D

Cheers

One for our side! now have scientific evidence to back my arguments next time the missus tries to cut down my drinking. Looks like I'll have to start exercising and drinking milk though.

I thought beer was milk, doesn't it come in a bottle?
