If you see this show on the download sites it's worth a look. It's a doco about Neil Morrissey (Men Behaving Badly, Bob the Builder) and his mate trying to set up a brewpub in 6 months - including learning how to brew.....
I don't know how accurate the doco is, but they brew an AG pale ale as their very first brew.....
