Good game hey rotten :D Couldn't pick a better team to beat going into the finals as well.

I'll be baiting up the Dockers supporters at work this week...

Good onya matr :D
I don't think they have won a final yet, even over there, so I'm feeling confident.
Shouldn't speek too soon though should I.

They just went to sleep last night. How was their massive third term, though? They kicked a whopping two behinds in the entire quarter!! Hell of a team. :P

Hoping that the Swans are going to have Tadhg Kennelly, Lewis Roberts-Thompson and Daniel Hanneberry all back next week. Daniel Bradshaw played in the reserves this round after finally remembering how to walk, too, so hopefully he's back in the seniors for the finals!

Wonder if I can talk the missus into getting me some tickets for next week's final, considering we managed to win ourself a home game...

CARN DOCKERS YOUNG GUNS...

I'm hoping like hell they win a home game, and then its anybodys until the grand final.

For a young side they have done really well, but Geelong / Collingwood have to be favourites...

But hey, I cant say too much, I am either last or 2nd last in our tipping comp :(

i meant home final Matt (i think you knew that :) )

missus and I have been to heaps of games this year, its been awesome...
(nephew plays for the dorkers, his mum and dad flew to tassie for the hawks game, but he was one of them rested with 'soreness', so a long trip for them for bugger all, and to watch them get flogged).

hawks pounded them over there, but it seems 50/50 with the tipsters for tomorrows game

hope its a good game either way...

good luck Rotten, if Hawks win you can have bragging rights mate :)

Yeah it'll be a great game. Hopefully it's close anyway.

It's kind of hard for me as I am actually from the "freo" area and supported East Freo in the WAFL as a kid. I also supported Hawthorn in the VFL.

So I kind of consider Freo as my 2nd team as I barrack for them against anyone but the Hawks. :)

me too, born Nth Freo Hospital, grew up in Lake Grace until a few years ago, but lots of rellies were in Forrest St Palmyra, so every trip to Perth we went to Port Beach and Sth Freo footy etc, absolutley loved going to the footy at Freo oval as a kid watching Brian Ciccotosto, Tom Grillositch (spellcheck obviously), Stan Magro etc etc...

Found out something at my Uncles Wake a year or so ago from one of his old mates...
remember that bloke that jumped the fence, ran out and whacked the umpire donkeys years ago, well... that was my uncle...
they never caught him...

I've always supported any side that is from outside Victoria so pre the Crows i was a West Coast supporter.

Also adds to the spice since i have rellies in Mexico that are mad Hawks supporters i will be barracking for the Dockers! Should be a very good match but i still think its likely to be a Cats v Pies GF with hopefully the most beautiful sight in sport the result - Joffa, Eddie, Mick and co crying like babies after losing yet another GF.

It's always good to see Ablett have a cry though.

I'd still prefer Collingwood to loose though if it turns out that way.

My word it was. Hell of a game. I'm only twenty-one but have the heart of a fifty year old because of games like that. Really was to the wire.

Daniel Bradshaw will be back next week. Even though he's been off since round 9, he's still rating as the second-highest goal kicker for Sydney this season. Bloody unbelievable!

Swans vs Magpies GF, anyone? :P
