Crown seal long neck bottles wanted Sydney/Parramatta

Postby Aussie Bob » Thursday Jun 08, 2006 8:40 pm

Hello Gents,
Anyone in Sydney or know of anyone willing to part with crown seal long necks?
Of course money will be exchanged.
just can't find any and you would think they were unopened with the prices they are asking on ebay.

Buy and enjoy a couple of cartons of Coopers. They now come in homebrew friendly roll tops.

No plan to part with any of my bottles.

Cheers,
Greg

Good pick up Wassa, were they roll tops or twisties? This will hurt me more if they were roll top.

Cheers,
Greg

They were twisties, but who cares at that price.

There are some bottles for sale on ebat at the moment, vb longies and some green 500ml 7 1 ltr green roll tops with a pick up at ingleburn....too far for me to pick up.

I've actually been using (not personally, a mate brews for me at the moment till I get my legs) used Hahn Premium Light longneck bottles which are 700ml. They're even clear so you can ensure perfect cleanliness.

I also use Forsters Light Ice bottles, which are also clear with a twist top (for convienience) & are 800ml bottles.

If you can tolerate crap commercial light beer, cartons are not too expensive.

I also work at a recycling depot if you would like me to look into getting some clean bottles that have been dropped off that I can sterilise.
Some of the ones that I use now are from there.

that is seriously too much for bottles!!!!!! don't be ascared of being a tip-rat! I'm picking up good quality roll tops for $0. okay so the supply isn't regular but it's better than nought! I've doubled my stash in 3 weeks.
