How far from you is the HBS? If I order on the sunday it gets to me on the Tuesday. Five days means they didn't post it till Wed or Thurs. If your ordering in your state then thats definatly the case.
Is it beer'o'clock yet

Im on the mornington peninsula in victoria and if i place an order with ross at craftbrewer who is in queensland i usually get it to the door in 2 days.

Ross does offer great service,im in sydney and have recieved orders in 1 to 3 days. Had a keg system delivered to my door in 3 days for just $15 freight :D
