Crown seal bottles for sale - Adelaide

Postby drsmurto » Wednesday Feb 13, 2008 10:31 am

Mate just returned a few dozen longnecks i had given him. SO its time to sell some of these. I gave away 4 dozen a few weeks ago but they hadnt been cleaned in over 5 years. These are clean enough to just sanitise and bottle. I have a few dodgy crates but not enough for more than a few dozen. All crown seals. A combo of pickaxe right thru to current style Coopers bottles.

$5 a dozen seems like the normal going price these days. Any takers? If not i will whack them on evil bay in one huge lot. I reckon there is as least 12 dozen to get rid of, maybe more.

Pickup from Mt Torrens (Adelaide Hills). Will be happy to reward the thirsty traveller with a pint or 2. To entice i currently have on tap, the chocolate soldier (a dark ale brewed by beerbelly aka domonsura on AHB), my latest LCPA incarnation and the roasty goodness of a Guinness styled stout. Mmmmmmmm.

PM me for address and contact details.

Cheers

That is a good price for pick axe. Evil bayers often want $1 each for twisties.

Very fair price. I was selling cleaned, Sterilised, delabelled Tooheys and VB Longneck Twisties from $35 per hundred to $50.00 - Buy it now price.

$1 a Twistie is a bit rich...., I picked up over 120 roll tops on ebay for 38.00 but they were absolute filth. Took me a few hours to clean.

BARGAIN DOC

Yep, i know i could make more money on ebay it i was that way inclined. I contemplated giving them away but at $5 a dozen its as good as and i get enough money back to make another beer or 2 if i am lucky. If someone takes the lot off my hands am happy to strike a deal.
