Shivelry is alive & kicking

Postby billybushcook » Friday Nov 13, 2009 4:32 pm

I know it has been said before but the service from Ross & Co, at Craftbrewer is well beyond what is the norm these days & deserves recognition!

My Temp mate started playing up a week or so ago, nothing major, just the display flickering & the Temp reading getting a bit flighty.

I Emailed Ross to ask if he might now what the problem was,
The reply, without hesitation:-
"Never had a problem with them, Send it back & I will send you a brand new one"

Great, I thought!

Then, on Tue night it stopped working so I boxed it up & Emailed Ross the following day to let him know I was mailing it later that day.
Stunned by the reply again:-

"The new/replacement unit has been sent today"

How is that??

He didn't even sight the old one, let alone know I had sent it!!
So only two days of manual temp control & the new unit is already in service again.

This kind of service is a real relief in todays trend of cut throat prices & complete dis organisation by the majority & I felt I should share it with you guys,

Three cheers for Craftbrewer, Hip Hip......Oh ok I'll shut up now..... :D :D

Mick.

Here Here!

They are good I must admit. I had my TempMate within 3 days of ordering and paying. And what a friggin ripper of a device it is. I love it. I want more of them.

I can heartily endorse the excellent service from CraftBrewer.

I also love my TempMate. A great way forward in improving the quality of my beers by controlling the fementation temperature.

I've only had to order a couple of ingredients from Ross but I must certainly add my whole-hearted support behind any motion of Craftbrewer being a top organisation.

No worries at all.
