Having trouble with an aspect of the forum? Have a suggestion for an improvement?

i had my finger on the trigger and thhen the theme to titanic got in my head and i envisioned drowning in the icey darkness listening to celine's fabulously funky feralness...

Yep, but it seems to be less accounts doing more spam. Hopefully this can be remedied.

I've done heaps over the past few weeks to try and curtail spam. I've banned a whole lot of email addresses, including a blanket ban on some countries' addresses (Russia, for instance).

Some still get through, but NTRabbit or I quickly delete the posts, then I delete the user and ban the email address or domain.

The new version of the phpBB software, due out soon, contains a whole raft of new features, including better spam control.

Hopefully this will also help.
