Woo hoo
First taste of BIAB #1 - the good Doc's JSGA - could hardly be happier.
Two small issues (to my eye). 1 - Pretty damn cloudy (used no finings/filtering/polyclar), and 2 - Lacing on the glass sides well, but head is a touch thin.
BUT
Tastes absolutely sensational.
Magical amarillo hoppiness, good balance, clean finish. An absolute cracker. Loving it.
I have a couple of mates who, like me, will not give two hoots about the cloudiness, but plenty of other mates who might, so the next brew will get some Irish Moss, otherwise I would love to be able to churn this out consistently.
