Oh, and you could try the Local Taphouse in St Kilda, which is a short tram ride away. They don't open until midday on a Sunday though.

What a shame cloning humans is illegal. Hawks could do with another Luke Hodge! 40 posessions and BOG in a losing side.

Just landed in Ho Chi Minh City to be greeted by the news that the Dees had gone down by 186 points to the Cats. Wowsers!!!

And I thought that being a Crows supporter was tough at the moment!

Bye-bye Dean Bailey, I would have thought.

Me too, but I can't say I have any sympathy. Just remember in a few years time when Melbourne are challenging for the flag, how that tanking bastard changed the match ups around to make sure he got his hands on Trengove, Watts and Scully.

Pint of Melbourne Bitter anyone?

Cheers

Didnt help him much, Scully is looking at a massive contract for GWS that Melbourne wont be able to match and it wouldnt surprise me if a few others go too. Hes probably set em back 5 years!!

Scully can go. Overpaying a player in the modern market is worse than losing one and jack viney at a second round pick with the father son will be a nice replacement. Moloney shouldn't have played and it was down right embarrassing. Our endeavour is questioned every few weeks and honestly we don't often give it a good crack. I'm there every week but if they refuse to go the contest expect to se me from my boundry seat hurling some abuse at the lack of heart. I regularly have a fox sports camera man in front of me lol

Speedies gone, feel free to use the forum as normal now.

Sat thru the rain last night and got absolutely soaked watching the Hawks do a job on my beloved Dockers.

About 14 minutes into the 2nd in tonight's Swans VS Hawks game, the stellar channel 7 commentator is heard to say "Kennelly slips out the handpass...oh, that was a kick, I'm sorry."

...Classic!

Dear God,

Please don't let Collingwood win anything. Ever. Again. Ever. And if that's not possible then at least can you make them loose today's grand final. in humiliating fashion.

Please.

I reckon they have it this year, I'm distraught to say. Don't much like the Cats either, though, so I don't even know if I'll be bothered to watch this afternoon.

As a Hawthorn supporter I'd have to agree with you, but Collingwood just have so many hateable players. And coaches. I know it's just a media persona but both Malthouse and Buckley just Irritate the crap out of me.

So, go Cats, just for today.

Yeah, still thinking my time will be better spent brewing. I'll check the score when it's all over with, I think.

OT: I had a bloke (fellow customer) in the brew shop today telling me how AG is a waste of time and a bunch of nonsense (he'd never tried it, however) as he bought three Coopers kits and 3kg Dextrose. I, as an AG brewer have never looked down on kit brewers as some may do, as some terrific beer can be made from kits, but I found it laughable to come across a kit brewer who looks down on AGers!

Yeah that's fair enough if you're not really into it.

I'd still watch an Essondon/Collingwood grand final so I could cheer for the umpire.

OT: I think old mate at the brew shop is in denial and trying to convince himself he's not missing anything. I was a kit/extract brewer until a few months ago and have made some pretty good beers (along with some crap ones) but if the Muich Helles I bottled last weekend is anything to go by then the results speak for themselves.
