Thanks for the advice Mordy.
I was going to plumb the bathtub into the fermenter so I could bathe my furry little body in warm fresh home brew...but this stopped me just in time.
Salut!

Seriously. Rinsing your hair with beer is supposed to leave a nice shine to it!

Doesn't that sort of thing lead to embarassing yeast infections?

A bath tub plumed with Gash and a pale ale in my hands is what beer is all about.

When I come to Australia the first beer I am going to have is a VB

This is great advertising for it. I can't wait to try one. I wish I could find it here.

Can you get Pride of Ringwood hops in your neck of the woods? If so, I wouldn't imagine it would be that hard to make a VB clone.

Good on ya mordy, stand up for VB! While there are better beers on the market, VB lubricated some of the best times I've had in my life.

hey Dogger, believe it or not but i saw a slab (24) of it in a BC liquor outlet in Parksville on Vancouver Island. I did not ask about it as i would have outed myself as an aussie and then felt compelled to defend it, and that would be tough. But I guess it could have been worse, i could have been a septic, and defending Bud!

Dogger,
Have a friend in Ottawa. If worst comes to worst, I am sure he will be happy to take a bottle back with him at the end of the year and post it to you. It would be a pleasure to send one over. Maybe can sort out a swap, VB for Creemore. I think you would be getting the shit end of the stick though!
