I use Home Brew Kit Master, shareware by Kevin Solway. It is pretty simple to use and includes things like alcohol content worked out by SG readings, temp, additives etc.

Simon (grabman), thank you for the offer. My son has sent me 'stuff' using Excel and I can never open it even though I've downloaded applications claiming to allow conversion.
EVERYTHING is worth my interest!
