Bought a Coopers nut brown ale. Just wondering on suggestions for additions, maybe a coopers stout :?: any and all ideas appreciated :lol:

Honey does sound good but :lol: I was thinking maybe the nut brown and a red ale., Not sure what hops. Maybe some corn syrup or whatever its called. I've also been reading oats aren't bad. Maybe the honey instead of the syrup. But i'm guessing higher alc. with honey.

Maybe a bit of crystal malt (300g?) and 300g-400g of honey? Plus a kilo of light malt.
