Hey gang,
Ive tried searching for a post about this but Icant find one:
Was wondering if anyone has tried the ESB apple cider kit... if so any reviews or tips you might have?

Very nice, and quite dry. It's a 'scrumpy' style cider.

I think that is good as is, except that you should put in 300g DME on top of your other fermentables.
