I put this down a while ago and I'm really digging it
So has every one who's tried it
1 can Coopers Canadian Blonde
1kg BE#2
300g Honey
250g Light Dried Malt
12g Pride of Ringwood hops
100g Carapils grain
It has a really pleasent honey after taste and IMHO leaves Beez Neez for dead. It also has a nice bitter taste due to the POR hops.
My brewing notes are here http://hyperfox.info/beer #10
