I have heard that the enzymes can be bought from an Australian Malting co. but I don't recall which one. GLS mentioned them in one of the Oz Craftbrewer podcasts in which they were discussing gluten free beers (maybe one of the april-may 2006 shows?).Chris wrote:I've never heard of it being sold seperately.
