Blue tongue pilsener clone

Oi! I reckon this one is close if one cares to try it:

Country Brewer Pilsener Xtract
1kg LDME
Saflager
Make up to 18 litres (i.e. spill about 5 litres on the ground after leaving the fermenter tap open when filling (Optional))

Funny, I thought I'd added Saaz to this when I tasted it, but looking at the notes, there's bloody nothing interesting in it!!!!

Try it, it is very nce and "Pilsener-ish"!!!

Sounds good to me, though i think i will leave out the spilling all over the floor technique, dont think the missus would like the look of me crawling around on the garage floor licking it up " my precious beer  "

Blue Tounge Pilsner has a dash of Amerrillo in it also.

Ive just bottled a ESB Fresh Wort Pilsner that I dryhopped with SAAZ (30gms) and Amerillo (15gms).

Ill let you know how its tastes in a few weeks. :D
