Keg Rotation

First up, I can only have 2 kegs refrigerated and on gas pressure at once, a 12 and a 19 litre keg.

My question is, can I remove a refrigerated and carbonated keg and store it at room temperature, then return it to the refrigerator when required and serve once chilled?

I don't see any reason why not. I've never had to do that before though- it's in the fridge until it's gone
