Hi,
I did a black rock bock with greensborough mix (750gr of ldme, 250 gr of dextrose, and 250 gr of corn sugar) hallertau hops and saf 46/40.
Not bad!
I may have underprimed it as it doesn't have a huge creamy head - having said that took some for a weekend camp trip and it appeared to have an improved head.... vibrations! as opposed to vibrators!

Once again, 100gms of pale choc malt made my last bock taste much better than the next one I did without the grain.

Black Rock Bock, Brewiser Brew Booster (same as Coopers BE1, 500g dextrose 250g LDME and 250g maltodextrin), 1kg dextrose, 1.5kg Dark LME, 15g Hersbrucker boiled for 30mins, 25g Hersbrucker dry hopped into secondary, using Saflager S-23

Turned up a treat it did.

Lethaldog recommended this to me:

Black rock Bock
ldme 2kg
200g crystal grain
200g choc grain
50 g black grain
20g hersbrucker 2 min boil

In the end I went for the above but with only 1kg ldme

Heavy, but beautiful beer and will definitely do it again.
