I am new to brewing, and need some advice on the coopers PILSNER.
I have just gone by the directions on the can, and need to know when to bottle this product.
The reading at present is 1005 approx. However it has only been brewing for 4 days.
Will this be o.k

I would say that would be about as low as it would go but as ACT said just leave it till you get consistent readings over a couple of days and be carefull in future to keep the temps down
Cheers
