Happy Brew Year to everyone!

Just celebrated the new year by racking my Pale Ale. mmmmmm.... warm beer straight out of the fermenter.

When it's that good, the chilled, carbonated thing will be a masterpiece :D .


I also christened my yeast "Cyril," he works better with an identity . :)
I left my fermenter in my other pants

what are you going to do for the next yeast? or do you culture the same one continuously?
